Mandilas Group, the accredited dealer for Toyota cars and Carrier Air Conditioners in Nigeria, is looking to refresh its brand of about 70 years old with a new corporate communications campaign.

Agile communications, an integrated marketing firm based in Lagos, emerged as the winner of the corporate campaign pitch and has been contracted to create and execute a 360 marketing campaign for Mandilas Group Limited.

The Agency said in its official statement below that the account is a big boost for its business, and they are excited to share the rich heritage of the Mandilas brand story with her audience.

“Good communication is just as stimulating as black coffee, and just as hard to sleep after”. – Anne Morrow Lindbergh.

Agile Communications Limited, the agency of repute which emerged as the official communications and creative agency for Mandilas Group Limited, after a keenly contested pitch earlier in the year, has once again proved its mettle as a communications powerhouse.

The agency has launched a resounding corporate communications campaign on behalf of her newly acquired client, Mandilas Group Limited. The campaign which comes as a refreshing and exciting change for the brand, rides on the Group’s 70th anniversary which was celebrated on the 12th of May; and also serves as a great opportunity to reintroduce the brand and its lifestyle philosophy to the emerging young and dynamic audience.

The campaign which will be rolled out in phases, kicks off with a Website relaunch and a YouTube page launch, giving the brand a facelift from the usual, to be followed with a major digital penetration campaign and brand activation. As part of this revival and commitment, the brand recently engaged in a CSR drive, donating Air Conditioners to major COVID-19 isolation centres.
Also in the works is a Corporate TVC which highlights the brand’s story of resilience and commitment, carefully weaving it to speak to our current realities. Other platforms to lookout for massive deployments include press, lampposts, BRT, Radio sponsorship, amongst others, all with an overarching intent of resonance and relevance to the desired audience.

Speaking on what he hopes to achieve with the campaign, the MD/CEO of Agile Communications Limited, Mr. Rufai Ladipo, commented that “There is great heritage and strength in the Mandilas’ brand and the agency is thrilled to share the brand’s story with the audience”.
He also noted that by teaming up with relevant stakeholders, the agency is poised to enhance the brand’s presence and awareness with exciting new creative work to highlight Mandilas’ unique experiences.

In her remark, the Associate Manager of Agile Communications, Joy Akemo Daniel, stated that the Mandilas business and the ongoing campaign comes as a major boost to the agency’s portfolio. “We hope to bring our magic effect on the brand but most importantly, we are excited to be working with a very intelligent marketing team to achieve the best results. We urge the industry to watch out for mind-blowing creative work. We hope and work towards achieving the best.
